By-Pass PDF with Password when PDF file print is allow Merged

Customer provided a PDF file that is password protected but the Printing has already been set to allowed. When this PDF file has been sent to TotalFlow Production Manager for print. It will still prompt user to key in the password before user are allowed to print.

When using TFPM PDF printer driver, it allows me to print through it.

It would be great to by-pass in hotfolder submission.
