Allow to print from the beginning of the spool

In order to avoid waiting several minutes before printing starts with large files, allow printing from the beginning of the Rip (as for a windows printer) because the file is first completely ripped before being printed. For example, on a 3000 pages file, we have to wait 7 minutes even if we reprint only 2 pages of this file, which is much too long.

    Maybe the segmenter option would help here? I'm not sure if the printer connector will still finish to rip the job before splitting. This has to be tested I think:


    Printer Connector includes a feature to split big jobs into smaller ones for more responsive job handling and overcoming size limits imposed by the real printers.
