Make special instructions configurable for print or not print them

When using special instructions they will be printed as a separat job. Actually it is always to uncheck in a popup when I don't want to print the special instruction before printing the job.
I want to have an option button to configure a default if I want to have this on every job that comes with an special instruction or not
