Add print on booklet cover

PM doesn’t support print on covers yet.  If the job is created in Prep, it can go through PM without issue.   Also, there is a limitation on back cover inside only or front cover inside only, it does not work properly.  If used with the outsides, it should work.   This is becoming a more important request for customers

    You can print on the covers in booklet mode with TFPrep, Fiery, Drivers Windows but not with TFPM!
